5.1 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

5.2 How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Email us at justin@millerartisanwoodworks.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
• Prepare the Item for Return: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
• Ship the Item: Return the item using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.

5.3 Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions listed above. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

• Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process after we receive the returned item.
• Refund Amount: The refund will include the purchase price of the item(s) minus the original shipping charges, unless the return was due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
• Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of damage or wear, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.

5.4 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at justin@millerartisanwoodworks.com. We will arrange for a return at no additional cost to you and provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.

Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect when requesting a return for damaged items.

5.5 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective or damaged)
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Sale or clearance items

5.6 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

You agree not to use the Site for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
